Terms and Conditions - From "Zero to Fashion Empire" program
Agreement Updates
Fashion Explained brand and the website www.fashionexplained.com, are a propriety of the company Maelle Group LLC. Maelle Group LLC reserves the right to amend and/or update this Agreement as necessary to reflect the evolution and updates to the Fashion Explained program and services offered. Any significant changes will be communicated to all current program participants via the email address provided at signup. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai Emirate, United Arab Emirates, irrespective of conflict of law principles. By participating in the program, clients agree to the applicability of Dubai law.
Dispute Resolution
- Participants agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve disputes. Acknowledging that dissatisfaction with results does not constitute a basis for dispute, participants waive the right to hold Maelle Group LLC responsible for specific outcomes.
- Should negotiations fail, disputes will be submitted for arbitration under the United Arab Emirates in Dubai, UAE. The arbitration process shall be engaged in good faith, aiming for a swift and efficient resolution. The arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maelle Group LLC, its affiliates, agents, and team members from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from their participation in the Fashion Explained program.
Program Outline Acknowledgment
The Fashion Explained program is offered at a cost of $799.00 as for today. Payment of this fee entitles participants to access the program, which includes:
– 4 live Q&A sessions over a three-month period with industry experts tailored to participant needs.
– Guidance on sales channels, target audience identification, and marketing strategies.
– A Production Excellence Kit for managing production linesheets.
– Tools for target market analysis based on extensive industry experience.
By purchasing the Fashion Explained program, participants acknowledge:
– They have reviewed and understood the scope and content of the program as described above.
– Success and outcomes of the program depend on the participant’s implementation of the guidance provided and collaborative efforts within their team.
– Results achieved by other brands or participants are not guaranteed for all participants and may vary based on individual effort and application of program principles.
Maelle Group LLC does not guarantee any specific results or successes as a result of participating in the Fashion Explained program. The achievements of other brands or participants mentioned in promotional materials are examples and not guarantees of future performance for any other participants.
Participants agree that Maelle Group LLC is not liable for any failure to achieve desired results or any losses incurred as a result of applying the information and strategies discussed in the program.
Intellectual Property
All content provided during the program, including but not limited to modules, documents, and advice, remains the intellectual property of Maelle Group LLC. Participants are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Disclaimer
Maelle Group LLC does not guarantee specific results from participation in the Fashion Explained program. The program is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in the Fashion Explained program is voluntary. Participants bear sole responsibility for the application of any strategies or advice received and acknowledge that outcomes are the result of individual effort and circumstances.
Refund Policy
A refund request can be made within 10 days of purchase if participants are dissatisfied. A $250 cancellation fee applies. After the 10-day period, all sales are final, and participants are responsible for the full payment of the program fee.
Payment and Payment Plan
The Fashion Explained program requires a one-time payment of $799.00, payable upfront. Participants agree to complete this payment in full at the time of purchase.
Testimonials
Participants may provide testimonials about their experience, which Maelle Group LLC may use for promotional purposes. By providing a testimonial, participants grant Maelle Group LLC a license to use their statements.
Non-Disclosure
Participants agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any proprietary information obtained through the program without prior written permission from Maelle Group LLC.
By purchasing the Fashion Explained program – From Zero to Fashion Empire, participants agree to these terms and conditions, entering into a legally binding agreement with Maelle Group LLC.
