OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
The founder, Cristino, has tasked the Fashion Explained team with developing a full collection and, more broadly, a brand with a strong, feminine and sensual identity, intended for Europe as a second market after Australia. A first set of collection samples has already been produced in China, but the founder is not satisfied with the quality obtained. The project therefore also covers the development of European production: researching and selecting suppliers, and establishing a budget for both the sample collection and industrial production.
Project timelines
The project is scheduled to take six months, starting from the first brief on the initial idea, and continues with the development of a visual identity and the understanding and definition of the ECAU woman. This customer becomes more refined than originally envisioned, as market analysis shows that the Australian woman dresses in a more sensual way than the European one when it comes to sportswear. Fashion Explained develops every product of the collection in technical flats, organised by tops, bottoms, coordinated sets and mix and match.
